The Young/Brown team

Seven months ago I approached this young man and told him I would help him if he wanted help to change his life. He weighed in at 431lbs at 17 years old. I also decided it had to be a family effort and work with everyone. This is our first 5K which Ricardo completed. Prior to this he had never walked that far. He is doing very well and the family is also continuing to loose. Today they have lost over 125lbs. Check out the video about them and their journey.
